Ingredients
2Salmon fillets
2tbspMaple Syrup
2tbspChopped Rosemary(2 sprigs)
5tbspLemon Juice(1 squeezed lemon)
2tspWorcester sauce
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Marinade the salmon
Combine the maple syrup, lemon juice Worcester sauce and rosemary in a bowl. Add some salt & pepper
Cover the salmon with the marinade. And place the salmon and any remaining marinade in a ziplock bag. Remove the air and let marinade in the fridge for 1 hour or longer.
Cook the salmon
When needed remove the salmon from the fridge.
a - Gently take the salmon out of the bag and place in the air fryer. Leaving remaining marinade in the bag – see belowb - Heat for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C
Finalise the salmon
After you’ve removed the salmon from the bag, pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan and gently heat to make glaze (glossy coating)
When the salmon is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and gently brush the glaze on top.
